We sell property the way we’d want it sold to us.
Urban Edge started in 2013 with two people and forty flats in Jayanagar. Thirteen years later we’ve handled over 520 properties across 34 localities — and we still visit every single one before it goes on the site.

What we believe
Three things we won't trade away
01We'd rather lose the deal
If a property has a problem, you hear about it from us. We've talked clients out of listings we were about to earn commission on, and we'd do it again — the referral is worth more than the fee.
02Fewer listings, properly known
We carry a fraction of what the portals carry. Every one has been walked through by someone on this team, who can tell you about the water pressure and the neighbours.
03The paperwork is the job
Anyone can show you a flat. The difference is in the nine weeks afterwards — the khata, the encumbrance certificate, the bank's valuation, the registration slot. That's where we earn it.
How we got here
Thirteen years, in short
- 2013
Started in a one-room office
Two people, a landline, and a list of forty flats in Jayanagar.
- 2016
Crossed 100 closings
Word of mouth did what advertising couldn't. Half our clients came from referrals.
- 2019
Added property management
Clients who bought through us asked us to manage the letting. It became a business.
- 2022
RERA registered, fully digital
Every listing verified on site, every document tracked, nothing in a filing cabinet.
- 2026
520 properties handled
Across 34 localities, with a team of four who each know their patch properly.
The people
Four of us, and that's on purpose
Each person owns their patch. You deal with the same advisor from the first viewing to the registration.

Runs the property management side — 140 units under active management, and the reason rent lands on time.
Dev Ranganathan
Commercial Advisor
Ex-corporate real estate. Handles office and retail leasing, and will tell you when a landlord's quoted rate is fiction.
“Property is the largest purchase most people ever make, and it’s usually made with the least information. Our whole job is closing that gap.”
